My name is Ava and I am currently an apartment locator with School of Locating. I was born and raised in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and have had my Real Estate License since 2013. My goal is to not only utilize my expertise to help you find your perfect apartment based on your individual wants and needs, but to also help you explore and find the most ideal location for your lifestyle based on my extensive knowledge of the metroplex.

I started exploring my love for real estate while I was in my final years of college at The University of Texas in Austin where I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I obtained my Real Estate License in 2013 and primarily helped my fellow colleagues find apartments and homes to rent for the school year. My love for real estate and helping people find their perfect home has only continued to grow since.

I permanently moved back to the DFW area in 2015. Shortly after I had my amazing son and I have been loving being able to raise him around my family and in the place I will forever call home. I love being able to live in such a diverse metroplex that has been exponentially growing these past 10+ years. From the historic, homey city of Fort Worth, to the hustle and fast paced life in Dallas, and to the up and coming expansion of North Dallas and all the surrounding suburbs, this metroplex has so much to offer.

I am constantly exploring the city by either taking my son to all the family activities in the area or by spending a night on the town eating at a new restaurant, watching live music, or attending a local event. No matter what your lifestyle is, or what area of the metroplex you are looking to live in, my many years of local and professional experience can help you find your perfect home.

Currently, I am a part of an amazing brokerage at School of Locating where I get to do what I love, helping people find their dream place to live. I love being able to connect with everyone I work with and being able to truly understand each individual’s needs, preferences, and budget to find them the perfect apartment.
